He, who hung the moon and stars and put the earth on its axis, did not wait for us to come to Him. If He had to wait for that, He’d still be waiting and we’d have become even more His enemies. “It’s beginning to look a lot like…” Christmastide! Higher Things is very excited to offer devotions for each of the twelve days of Christmas. This year’s Christmastide Reflections are written by the Reverend David Lofthus, pastor of Faith Lutheran Church in Harahan, LA. Pastor Lofthus was one of my heroes as a college student, so these Reflections have special meaning for me.
